Man/Tran students have been making the news the past few days. First, on Saturday, the Spartan Bowling team grabbed the top spot at the regional state qualifyer in Reading. Diesel student Cheyenne Brown and Welding student Mat Shoemaker contributed greatly to the team win, plus, both students advanced in the singles' division, too. The regionals will be held in Philadelphia in early March.
Yesterday, we had two students place in the regional Skills USA competition. Chris Rodriguez, Collision Repair student, took 1st place in Automotive Refinishing. This means that he moves onto the State Competition!! What a great way for a senior to finish out his high school career!
Nick Trout, Power Equipment students, (only a 9th grader!!!) placed 2nd in Action Skills!
